Time records without a time clock.

  • Your staff clock in and out with a WhatsApp message. Nothing to install.
  • Overtime follows each year's weekly limit: 46 hours in 2027.
  • Puts together the inspection file as a PDF and sends it to your accountant.

For: Businesses with 3 to 30 employees and the accountants who run their payroll.

What the law says: Federal Labor Law, art. 132, section XXXIV (DOF, May 1, 2026). Fines from 250 to 5,000 UMA.

Keep the SAT from blocking your invoicing.

Before coding we study the law and what non-compliance costs a business. If it doesn't add up, we don't build it.

  1. We start from an obligation

    We look for something a small business already has to comply with, who checks it and what happens if it doesn't.

    The labor law reform published on May 1, 2026 requires electronic time records from January 1, 2027.

  2. We put it in writing

    We research it and write it down, dated.

    On October 15, 2026 we compared ten ideas and kept three.

  3. All remote

    You sign up and use it without anyone visiting: over WhatsApp or through your accountant.

    ChecaJornada has nothing to install: your staff type “in” and it's recorded.
